The next gem from our range of premium products is Calcined Bauxite, which is used as raw material for manufacturing fused alumina and high alumina refractories.
About 4-5 tons of bauxite on an average is required to produce two tonnes of alumina and only ton of aluminium can be extracted from this ore. Aluminium can be described as possibly the most versatile product with applications in almost every industry and bauxite is the primary source for aluminium so it is quite a visible fact that bauxite will always be on top of the demand charts. 15% of bauxite gets consumed into refractory, chemical, cement, abrasives and other applications. The blocks supplied by us are not charcoal but is a substance which is extracted from solid graphite. It is better than charcoal in terms of density and durability.
Owing to their toughness, our carbon blocks have a longer life than charcoal block which makes it better purchase. They can survive high temperature without getting consumed and are user friendly. After doing your assay, leave it for cooling and after that to make it ready for next test, simply scratch the surface of the block with a razor blade or rub it with sandpaper.
